I find embodied spiritual practices to be not only nourishing, empowering, and uplifting but also essential to the journey of healing and growth. Moving our bodies in freeing and intentional ways can help integrate energies and experiences that we may or may not understand cognitively, offering release that gives us deeper access to our truth and authenticity. I have been a Hatha Yoga teacher since 2010 and have experience leading groups in free-form dance meditation loosely based off The 5 Rhythms developed by Gabrielle Roth.
