I am excited to be offering a class entitled The Psychology of Spiritual Growth through the Washtenaw Community College Community Enrichment program. In this engaging and interactive class, we will explore the wealth of wisdom found in the field of Spiritual Psychology. From the writings of Carl Jung, Peggy Wright, and Michael Daniels to the theories of Psychosynthesis and Focusing, we will explore the journey of authentic spiritual growth. Experiential exercises (meditation, visualization, artistic expression, and discussion) will be paired with profound scholarly readings as we delve into this rich and little-known field of psychology, which explores the expansive and powerful nature of life, spirit, and humanness.
